Long before Clarissa Shields had a movie about her life
and most certainly before she was beefing with Remy Ma
she was an undefeated professional boxer who racked up
5 gold medals throughout the Olympics, Pan Am games and Word Championships. She’s not the lady to mess with.
Beyond beating people up, Clarissa Shields is also a
philanthropist, not only in her home town of Flint Michigan. But she’s an ambassador and supporter of Up2Us Sports which helps get coaches and instructors into areas where the youth are undeserved.
Christmas 2024 a film called The Fire Inside starring
Brian Tyree Henry directed by Barry Jenkins will release
it details her preparation for the 2012 Summer Olympics
where she captured gold at the age of 17.
If movies aren’t your thing, she’s also got a documentary out
called T-Rex: Fight for Her Gold. Beyond that, she’s crossing over into the world of acting
now so be on the look out for her in the film Punch Me.
